Ann Pearl Hudson (née Robison, born January 8, 1921) was the grandmother to Katy Perry, Angela Hudson, and David Hudson, as well as the mother to Keith Hudson. Her husband was Robert Hudson. Hudson passed away on March 8, 2020 at the age of 99, and Perry announced her death through social media the next day.[1]
Perry announced in April 2020 that she was planning to pay tribute to Hudson by naming her daughter after her;[2] however, this ultimately did not happen.
