"Boomerang" is a song written by Katy Perry and Jonatha Brooke for her fourth studio album, PRISM. On Brooke's official twitter he confirmed he wrote this song along with "Choose Your Battles". Brooke tweeted about this song saying "["Boomerang" is an] excellent ear treacle... but we never finished it... :(".[1] This song along with "Bad Photographs" are two known songs that were unfinished during the Prism writing sessions with the latter being be completed as "Miss You More" during the Witness sessions. The song leaked on July 1st, 2024
