Britney Jean Spears (born December 2, 1981) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress. She used to be friends with Katy Perry, and the two worked together twice. Spears also made a cameo in Perry's autobiographical film, Katy Perry: Part of Me.
However, after an incident involving a joke made by Perry in 2017 that was allegedly about Spears’ mental health, the two no longer interact with each other, although an Instagram post made by Spears in 2022 featuring Perry’s song “Firework” hints that she holds no ill feelings towards her.[2]
