Elena Jane "Ellie" Goulding (born December 30, 1986) is an English singer and songwriter. She is good friends with Katy Perry, and was the opening act for the California Dreams Tour's eighth leg concerts at Hartford (with DJ Skeet Skeet), Las Vegas, Oakland and Los Angeles.
