On May 8, 2020, Perry announced the shop through her social media accounts as an advertising campaign for her then-upcoming single, "Daisies", as well as a celebration of Mother's Day and a way of promoting her sixth studio album.[1] The website contains twelve different bouquet options, with each title and default accompanying message corresponding to a lyric from a track on the album. The bouquets can be sent digitally to a person of the fan's choosing. On the website, Perry stated:
