Sandy Julien Wilhelm (born April 22, 1975), known professionally as Sandy Vee, is a French songwriter, DJ, and music producer. Originally a DJ and producer within the house genre, he began working with pop artists in 2009. He has produced for international artists such as Britney Spears, Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Taio Cruz, Katy Perry, The Black Eyed Peas, and David Guetta.
