THE LIFETIMES TOUR is the fifth concert tour by Katy Perry, in support of her sixth studio album, 143. It started in Mexico City, Mexico on April 23, 2025, at Arena CDMX and ended on Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates at Etihad Park, on December 7, 2025. The tour grossed more than $134 million dollars[1] and sold over 1.15 million tickets.[2] Ranking second among Katy's tour sales.[3] In addition, the concerts held in China are among the fast-selling in the country, especially those in Shanghai, which sold out in 30 seconds. [4]
Background[]
On September 25, 2024, Perry made an appearance on the Australian breakfast show program, Sunrise, in order to announce the Australian leg of The Lifetimes Tour with five shows in Australia.[5][6] As the days went by, new dates for each city were added due to high demand.[7][8][9][10]
Synopsis[]
The concert unfolds within a video game world, following Katy as KP143, half-human, half-machine, in a battle against the artificial intelligence (AI) known as Mainframe. A narrated prologue reveals that Mainframe has stolen the world's butterflies and that dogs are siding with cats instead of humans. During the show, she flies suspended from wires, engages in a lightsaber duel, and rides a metallic creature. The concert also includes an interactive segment where fans can scan a QR code and vote for the song they want her to perform. It even includes a "Choose Your Own Adventure" aspect. Katy has described the show as a "hopeful sci-fi video game" with "intense choreography" and has compared it to a "traveling Disneyland."[11]
The tour stage features 31 uniquely arranged individual surfaces that make up the main LED screen, which displays animated videos of Katy's mission to release butterflies and restore what was lost on her planet as half-human, half-machine. An infinity-symbol-shaped catwalk occupies a large portion of the venue, surrounded by dynamic lights that illuminate Katy and her dancers. Set elements include a giant flying butterfly and a 3-meter sphere that breaks apart and reassembles, with Katy and ten dancers inside. There are also acrobats performing on handcrafted metal flowers and an illuminated saber shaft that Katy uses to repel warriors.
Setlist[]
This setlist is from the Mexico City concert in April 23, 2025.[12] It is not intended to represent the setlist of every concert.
Act I - ARTIFICIAL
Act II - WOMAN'S WORLD
Act III - NIRVANA
Act IV - Choose Your Own Adventure
Act V - Mainframe
Act VI - End Game
Surprise songs[]
During each concert, Katy performs two songs along with lucky KatyCats from her discography as part of a special "Choose Your Own Adventure" segment, in which the audience helps decide which songs she will sing. A roulette wheel is spun on the screen, featuring all her albums from Katy Hudson to Smile; each album is assigned to a part of the world.[13] Once an album is selected, viewers choose their two favorite songs from it, from the available options, by scanning a QR code.[14]
North America - Teenage Dream[]

The songs available for voting are "The One That Got Away," "Pearl," and "Not Like the Movies." Katy sings the two most voted songs, wearing a short gray latex dress with candy embellishments on the hips and bra, and pink cotton candy boots. It is worth noting that "The One That Got Away" was performed at every date.
Oceania - One of the Boys[]

The songs available for voting were "Thinking of You," "I'm Still Breathing," and "Mannequin." Katy sang the two most voted songs, wearing a gray bodysuit with a red center covered in gems (resembling a strawberry), silver thigh-high boots, and a translucent blue hat. At times, Katy broke her own rules, replacing "Thinking of You" (despite it being the most voted song) with "The One That Got Away" (despite it being from a different album).
South America - Smile[]

Katy performed the two songs most voted for by the public, wearing a futuristic metallic blue ensemble with silver checks, exaggerated shoulders, and a sparkly bikini, complemented by padded thigh-high boots and red details that gave her a retro, robotic look. On certain dates, Katy performed "The One That Got Away," even though it belongs to a different album. This is a list of songs performed at the selected dates on Chile, Argentina and Brasil:
Europe - PRISM[]

The songs available for voting were: "Unconditionally," "Ghost," "Double Rainbow," "Legendary Lovers," "By the Grace of God," and "Love Me." Katy performed the two songs that received the most votes, wearing a Hawaiian outfit consisting of a heart-shaped crop top or bralette with a brown and black leopard or cheetah print, a hula-style skirt made from a mix of materials resembling leaves and grass, a floral belt, and a tropical flower crown (also known as a lei poʻo in Hawaii). On certain dates, Katy also performed "The One That Got Away" and "Not Like the Movies," even though they are from a different album.
Asia - Witness[]

The songs available for voting were: "Save As Draft," "Miss You More," "Dance With The Devil," and "Into Me You See." Katy wore a striking, futuristic, and theatrical red stage outfit. The centerpiece was a highly structured, glossy red corset featuring a large, realistic blue eye in the center of the chest, framed with ornate gold details. It was paired with a long, asymmetrical skirt made of a shimmering red fabric, leaving one leg bare. On that leg, she wore fishnet stockings and a red patent leather thigh-high boot, matching the corset. On her head, she wore a fitted, also shimmering red, hood that covered her hair, creating a mysterious and cohesive aesthetic with the overall look. For specific estes, Katy performed "The One That Got Away," and "Unconditionally", even though both songs are from a different albums. It's worth mention that, "Dance With The Devil” was not performed.[15]
The Future Starts Now - KP7[]

Starting on November 7, 2025, during the show in Lyon, this segment was added to the show. Created to promote the song "bandaids" and possible future projects. In it, Katy wears the same outfit as in the "bandaids" music video, a white outfit with jeans and a golden pendant with her real name Katheryn on it.
